These terms and conditions are valid for all of ShuttlePool’s business relationships, services and online applications. ShuttlePool operates the website: www.shuttlepool.com for the pricing and ordering of transfer tours with intermediary service providers of the commercial passenger transport with official approval. Usage and functions are only available on the Internet. The user requires Internet connection at his own expense. ShuttlePool assumes no liability for the Internet connection or disruptions to the website and its applications.
The scope of services offered by ShuttlePool includes transport with:
Taxis
Rental cars with drivers (private shuttle)
Communal passenger transport (Community-Shuttle)
Public transport (route services)
Buses
Private flights
Registration
The requirement for requesting one of the services offered by ShuttlePool is a registration. The required information must be entered in full in the mandatory fields. By registering, the user accepts the conditions of use, and confirms that the information is correct and that he is fully competent. The registration alone is free of charge.
Offer, placing an order
If a service offered and confirmed by ShuttlePool is made use of, it is subject to a charge.
An offer through completion of the indicated order criteria is promoted on the website and a journey fare is advertised. An order is confirmed by submitting the order "subject to a charge" and by accepting the terms and conditions. The order is deemed as accepted by ShuttlePool when it has been confirmed in writing. The confirmation of a taxi order is made via a notification within the functions of the website application.
Payments
Fulfilling payment obligations for a completed business relationship between a customer and ShuttlePool is made exclusively with the payment methods chosen when placing the order.
Payment in cash, directly after a successful transportation to the service provider against a payment receipt as a discount cash price.
Credit card payments, only possible during an online order on Shuttlepool.com. The journey fare is deemed as a credited fee.
Credit note via invoice. The invoice is sent via email (in PDF format), exclusively to the email address provided by the user when placing the order. Credit notes are only possible upon prior request through a cost transfer confirmation from ShuttlePool, and the option is only made available after an assessment of the customer account.
PayPal, as an online payment method when placing an order
Generally, services ordered from ShuttlePool are due and payable immediately after the service is completed.
General
All agreements and payment conditions of the customer are only valid after a written confirmation by ShuttlePool’s business management. Alterations, cancellations or other agreements are only valid when confirmed via letter, fax or email with an attached PDF document.
In any case, the customer is liable to ShuttlePool for a full payment for fulfilled orders, even with different invoice recipients.
If the legal transaction or a regulation of these terms and condition is partially invalid, the rest of the regulations remain unaffected by this.
Place of jurisdiction and performance
All business relationships with ShuttlePool are subject to German law.
Insofar as the customer is a business person in the sense of the German Commercial Code (HGB), Kehl is the place of jurisdiction.
Rheinau is the place of performance for all requests.

Wie kann ich einen Transfer bestellen? Bitte ausschließlich über unser Buchungsportal im Internet. Vollständige Start-/ Zieladresse, Fahrdatum und Anzahl der Personen eingeben. Mit Klick auf „Fahrpreis berechnen“ werden verschiedene Tarife mit Festpreis angezeigt. Nach Absendung der Buchung folgt eine Eingangsbestätigung und kurz danach eine verbindliche Bestätigung der Buchung per E-Mail.
Stimmt der Preis wirklich, der ausgerechnet wurde?
